About me:
Hello, I am Julia Vaya-Mai
In my practice, I have helped clients expand
their sexuality to enjoy fulfilling connections, intimacy, and a playful sex life. However,
after eight years of offering tantric and
conscious sexuality tools, I've observed
that some clients do not make deeper shifts,
even after learning about sexual anatomy,
the art of tantra, and sexual communication.
With some, it became clear that more fundamental changes were needed
to address significant issues like sexual dysfunction and fears related to sex,
intimacy, and relationships.
By incorporating Somatic experiencing®,
somatic psychotherapy methods into my practice, I help clients address their sexuality issues
on all levels.
